A Capcom anunciou a data de lançamento definitiva da versão para PC's da  continuação do  seu "Sci-fi shooter" Lost Planet 2. O game será lançado  no dia 15 de outubro nos EUA. Dentre as novidades que prometem  justificar o atraso em relação as versões para console está o suporte a  Direct X 11 (mas com
suporte ao 9 e 10 também) que dá um "boost" nos  efeitos gráficos do game.
